A Collection contains the documents and content that April Flow can use as context. When users ask questions, April Flow uses the selected Collection content to produce answers.
April Flow does not automatically read public websites. A website assistant can expose selected Collection content through AI answers, but the source of knowledge is always the Collection.

How much Collection content can be used as context.
Indexed knowledge capacity defines how much Collection content April Flow can store, analyze, index, and use as context.
Collections are included. Package limits apply to the amount of content indexed across Collections.
Document indexing capacity
How much new content can be prepared.
When documents are uploaded or updated, April Flow analyzes and indexes their content so it can be used as Collection context.
Each package includes hourly and daily indexing capacity measured in indexed chunks.
AI usage capacity
How much April Flow can process and generate.
AI usage capacity measures the amount of text April Flow can process and generate when answering questions.
Larger questions, larger Collection context, and longer answers consume more AI usage.

No. April Flow answers from Collections. A website assistant can use selected Collections, but April Flow does not automatically read website pages.

Why is AI usage measured in tokens and not questions?
Questions can vary greatly in size and cost. A short question with a short answer uses much less capacity than a long question over a large Collection context. Tokens provide a fairer and more accurate usage measure.
Are direct AI questions included?
Yes. Direct AI questions without Collection context are included in AI usage, but April Flow is designed to provide value through contextual answers based on Collections.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Depending on the limit, new questions, uploads, or indexing may be paused until the quota renews, additional capacity is added, or the package is upgraded.
Are prices including VAT?
No. Prices are excluding VAT.
